    Love the Text Templates! We use them to answer common ? and send out daily details to parents. It would be nice if the text templates were alphabetized by their title. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how the filter in and waste time trying to locate the exact one we want to use.

  3. Appointment Time Change Message

    It would be nice to have a feature where, when an appointment's time or date get updated to a new time or date, the patient receives a save the date with the new date and time (and a custom message). So basically just a different save the date triggered off of a date/time change.

  4. Warning before closing app

    The Weave app used to warn us before closing the app, and now it does not, so when we accidentally close it, we don't realize for a while and we have to log back in a bunch of times. If they can add this warning feature back, it would really help us out a lot. Thanks!

  5. Cover Sheet only

    I would like to be able to fax the cover sheet only at times without attaching a document to the cover sheet. Sometime we are responding to contact lens verifications and there is no attachment to send, only a written message with the patient name and record number.

  7. Better management of review invite send times & frequencies

    Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.

    We moved several Reviews settings to Auto-Messaging (Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging) and with this change there are several options available to you now!

    • Flexible send time - send hours or days after the appointment start time at the interval of your choosing
    • Filter review requests based on appointment type, appointment status, practitioner, and more
    • Send a review request via email
    • Add customization to your templates like First Name and Practice Name

  9. Recall erroneously going to deceased patients

    Recall reminders are going out to my deceased patients that are inactive in my system. Please make recall reminders recognize that patients are inactive/deceased in out system.

    Hi there - we automatically suppress messages for anyone marked deceased. If you have an example of this not working correctly, please contact Weave Support! We need to allow for inactive patients to receive recalls though - many of our customers use recall to target inactive patients.

  10. Double Check Exiting the Application

    It is too easy to close out of the Application on the Desktop. For a brief moment there was a pop-up that would ask you if you wanted to leave the app so that you were aware that you were closing out of it, that was a brilliant add-on, but it was taken away after a week. When working on a desktop with multiple open tabs and switching back and forth sometimes we [X] out of things we don't mean to because we are working fast.     We have been receiving a spam text from an odd number every day at the same time for awhile, and we would like to suggest giving us the ability to block a number. Or if it would be possible for your system to filter out spam, that would be wonderful

  13. Prioritizing earliest appointment times for confirmation texts

    Please create a feature in the software that allows if a patient has more then 1 appointment in a day, albeit with multiple providers, that the EARLIEST appt. time will get the reminder text.

    In the past we haven't had any issues with this, however, this week, a patient had an 8 am with a hygienist, then a 9 am with the dentist. He only received a reminder of the later 9 am appointment with the dentist.

  15. The notification bar after tagging for area

    The Tag saying "Successfully tagged" pops up... over the back arrow.
    It takes too long to go away and you can't continue to the next task until it does. it needs to be faster or shorter to give us option to go to the next tag message.

    I have Zero time to wait for something like that. It makes tagging less effective for it takes to long to move on, so no one wants to use function.

    When I send a fax, it would be convenient if Weave saved a directory of fax #'s -- a list of the Business / Name & Fax #'s to whom we frequently sent faxes. This way, I wouldn't have have my paper list to look-up & manually type the fax # each time...

    Fax directory is now live! You can now save fax numbers as a fax contact for repeated use. You can also send the same fax to multiple recipients. Fax contacts are separate from patient contacts. The ability to edit/delete existing contacts is still forthcoming.

  18. Fax OVERHAUL

    This fax system needs a complete overhaul. Medical office have no option for the common HIPPA compliance notification. This has to be done every time a fax is sent. Impossible to get large faxes to send. Cannot search for fax numbers sent or received in the desktop app. Cannot name common used fax numbers for future use, or store then for this purpose. It seems like the bare minimum

    Hello!


    We're happy to announce that we've made some changes to our product that will allow for dependents to be auto-verified by pulling the primary subscriber's information instead of their own. This leads to far more success with automatic verifications and reduces the time spent manually verifying each patient's form.

  20. Enable Manual Texting for Home Number

    We like to put patient's cell phone numbers in the Home Phone field when they don't want to receive automated texts. We have always had the ability to send a "manual text" by typing in the phone number in Weave, however. Now that you changed it to give a "this is not a mobile phone " message, we are UNABLE to send any manual texts unless the phone number is in the home phone slot. A simple fix would be to have the message pop up, for a warning, but not actually disable you from sending. Please fix.
