Enable Manual Texting for Home Number
We like to put patient's cell phone numbers in the Home Phone field when they don't want to receive automated texts. We have always had the ability to send a "manual text" by typing in the phone number in Weave, however. Now that you changed it to give a "this is not a mobile phone " message, we are UNABLE to send any manual texts unless the phone number is in the home phone slot. A simple fix would be to have the message pop up, for a warning, but not actually disable you from sending. Please fix.

Export Text Conversations
A way to export a whole text conversation would be great! For our business, sometimes we need to provide these to the court, and having a simple way to compile and save a conversation would save SO much time and energy.

Options for wording on Missed Call Text based on office hours
Options for different missed call text wording based on time of day or "schedule" on phone system (closed for lunch or training or weekend, etc).
4 votesThis was released in December 2023! Go to Portal > Messaging > Auto-Messaging > Missed Call > use the Office Status filter. The filter options will update based on your Office Hours in Weave.

customize each Weave user's settings so some do not get patient notifications
Front desk get all messages from patients and staff chat messages.
Back office can customize so they will only get staff chat messages. Sometimes there's so many patient messages that the back office will miss the communication with the front office and doctor.1 voteThis is how it works currently.

Fax Drafts
Good afternoon! I would like to suggest a fix for a reoccurring problem; incoming telephone call interrupting the preparation of a new fax, i.e., if the telephone is answered while preparing a new fax, all of the information that has been typed into the fax will be lost and you have to start all over. Your consideration to this is very much appreciated!

Fix the problem of faxes failing to send multiple times
I have spent time addressing this on Weave chat twice in the last two weeks. Case # 1426789 on 7/14/22 and Case #1439798 7/28/22. We are having trouble with some of our faxes failing to deliver with "Receiver call dropped " given as the reason for the failure. We spoke to the receiving end and they are not having issues. This is not happening 1 or 2 times; my Admin Asst estimates she tried 9-15 times. This was for a records request due on 7/15/22 for an audit by an insurance company. That kind of delay makes us look REALLY…

Select ALL Messages
We need to have a SELECT ALL button for the messages. We do not have time to sit and click thru all of our messages to delete. WE ARE MISSING VITAL messages from our patients. PLEASE MAKE ASAP.

Opt out issue
When a patient opts out of texting by STOP, then Weave needs to No longer send them the missed call text when they miss a call. I have several patients that keep saying STOP every time we miss their call and it automatically sends the missed call text. They don't like that.

Patient Communication Preferences
As a long time, former Solution Reach client, the number 1 request we want is the ability to see our patients' communication preferences for text and email. We need to be able to disable either or since patients have already communicated to us their preference. This would be SUPER helpful.
Also, allowing us to customize our Auto Reminder email content on our own (without having to call support) with the ability to send test emails to ourselves would be help.

Notifications For Failed Texts
Too many times have I been texting patients for various reasons, but then we'll get a call a week or so later from a patient saying "You never texted me". Turns out, the text failed and we didn't know it! Would be great to have a popup (like we have for failed faxes) to let us know that a text didn't go through! That way, we can at least investigate the reason why it didn't or call the patient/find a different phone number/etc.
1 voteThis is already available (albeit in a more subtle form than a message pop), so I'm going to close this down since there aren't any plans to turn this use case into a full push notification.

Recognizing 2 different numbers on an account so we can choose which one to text instead of just the primary number

Sound Notifications
PLEASE we need sound notifications for text and especially chat! When we are busy working, in our software up front, or in with a patient, we have no idea that the pop-ups are there! This in an incredible source of frustration for us & for many other offices that we have talked to

YEAR ON SAVE THE DATE
We are scheduling patients out 6 months and since the year is not on there the click to add to calendar is not putting in the months that are in 2022! We need this fixed ASAP! If a year tab could be added to our auto reminders and save the date texts that would be awesome! SOON PLEASE!!!

same day notifications if appt is cancelled
We have noticed that if a patient cancels an appointment on the same day that they still receive text notifications as if they are still scheduled. This is very confusing for the patient.
7 votesThe recently-released new automated messaging system should be handling this scenario better now - as long as the appointment is canceled in the PMS and the information syncs over to Weave 15 minutes before the message is sent, we should catch these more consistently now. If you see anything to the contrary, please share the example with our Support team so they can troubleshoot.

Option in messages Inbox to not moved all tab after auto-reminder
Option in messages Inbox to not moved all tab after auto-reminder, so office doesn't miss messages from patient if it happens over weekend and auto-reminder sends before they see a patient's messages.

Online Webchat synced with the WEAVE text service
Could there be a way to just set up a text widget separate from the scheduling widget?
I would like to be able to have our team communicate easily with those reaching out via our website but not have to go through the setup of the scheduling widget.

Constant logging-in and being logged out - needs to stop
all the logging in - logging us out - having to log back in is awful! Now the new patient forms log us out of the main screen and we are logging in and out even more. This is making us look at other companies and we have stopped using weave in the back office as it is too hard to manage. Please fix this

Hi. I have a few suggestions.
- Being able to send a fax would be much easier if there was a phonebook to add our most used numbers. It would also be nice to be able to format your own cover sheet. Or to make it basic it should have company name, and telephone number. Also, the page numbers do not include the coversheet.
- Sometimes when texting a patient it picks a family members name to put at the top of the app. I understand that is hard to match but I have even seen it be an inactive patient.
