The pop up box is great, but in the upper right hand corner, it covers tabs that we need to get to and I end up ignoring just to get back to what I am in the middle of doing. To be able to move it around like The desktop app

I LOVE the new pop up box, you can easily see the whole message if you click on View and I love that it's not covering my stuff at the bottom of my screen anymore!! But I do think you need to make it so you can drag it where ever you want it, then everyone can be happy...lol

This new update is the worst one that I have ever seen. 1. It is always encountering an error and says "something wrong". 2. Also the new smaller pop up window, does not allow you to see the full text message, it pops up in the corner when they call and is unnoticeable. 3. The messages that are unread are only showing once you open the "unread tab". 4. Archived patients are now showing up in the contact list. 5. My phone rings and 70% of the time the caller ID doesn't show up. Just wanted to let you know its not the best.

Lots of stuff is broken on this latest update.
1- The messages don't auto-update anymore.
2-Employees are signed into one location on their end and showing up on a different location for everyone else.
3- The popups are better and don't take up as much space. Great job on this part.
4- Patient names are not pulling anymore.
5- I can no longer send reviews because of #4.
6- Messages between staff no longer work.

1) when messages pop up, we are unable to move the box and it sits on top of our Dentrix software in an area where we are unable to click on Today or move forward or backwards a day. This is an inconvenience if we are on the phone and an alert pops-up.
2) the alerts DONE button changed and now we must delete all the alerts. We don't like that, we like to be able to complete one at a time.

Please make the pop up message bar movable. Or can it be but back to the bottom right.
