Unsubscribed Emails
There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.

Uploading attachments to more than just Weave Chat
Can we add features to upload attachments within Weave Chat, Weave Email, and the Weave Support Chat?
This way we can send items directly to clients and/or show your tech support exactly what things look like on our screen when we have issues.
It looks like this issue is partially planned through Weave Chat, but having the feature within all 3 of Weave Chat, Weave Mail, and Weave Support Chat would be best.

Email Customization Font
Customization with email - font currently looks weird when it gets email. So font customization, customization/customizable template for outgoing forms.

Allow you to specify the vaccines that are due on email recall reminders.
Showing what vaccines are due is important info to include when telling clients that their pet is due for vaccines. The texting recall reminder has the ability to add this info but not on the email version.

Campaign Modifications
I would like to see the ability to send out email campaigns to people scheduled on certain days. Sometimes we want to get information out just to those people and it takes a long time to do it manually.

Email confirmation notification
There should be a way that we can see who confirmed via email. Maybe an email confirmation directly to our inbox instead of just having the confirmation in patterson. this will help to see who actually received the emails

We would like to see an option when patients confirm via email that they have an option to "add to the google calendar"

Fix the scheduling campaign times.
When I try to schedule a campaign for next year, I get the message that says "campaign can't be schedule it for a past date".

Incoming emails
Our online scheduler, FullSlate, is not integrated with Weave. We love having unrestricted online scheduling. any who,... Fullslate sends out confirmations and reminders via email. We do not monitor this acct and No matter how big, red and bold we put DO NOT REPLY, patients still attempt to reach us this way. It would be great to have the ability to have incoming email, or a forwarding mechanism so we can see those email in one communication portal.

Email Marketing Improvement
Marketing emails need to not go to spam for gmail accounts. There is a way to avoid it on other platforms (ie Demandforce). Also upload email accounts from the office software so that you don't have to upload email addressed manually each time.

Email reminders
Hi, It would be absolutely wonderful if you are able to search a patient's name to see the EMAIL reminder dates and times that have gone out specifically to that patient.

Update Weave Reminder Email "From" Field
It's very odd that the reminder texts are from our office's number, but reminder emails are from Weave. While I understand it's not possible to update the "From" email (which is a Weave no-reply email), I imagine it is a very easy and simple fix to just change the "From" name from Weave to our office's name so clients don't get confused and think it's spam. Thanks!

Attaching images/files to body Newsletter
Hi,
We would like the possibility to add a file upload function to newsletters. We created a pdf/image newsletter and we can't use it on your platform. Your newsletter right now offers very limited customization and that's why we wanted to create our own design. We hope this can be implemented.

Users should be able to edit auto emails
It would be very helpful to have the ability to edit our own auto reminder emails. Its is very time consuming needing to contact weave for any updates.
