Sound Notifications
PLEASE we need sound notifications for text and especially chat! When we are busy working, in our software up front, or in with a patient, we have no idea that the pop-ups are there! This in an incredible source of frustration for us & for many other offices that we have talked to

Block Number SMS
We have been receiving a spam text from an odd number every day at the same time for awhile, and we would like to suggest giving us the ability to block a number. Or if it would be possible for your system to filter out spam, that would be wonderful

LIVE CHAT via office website
I am signing up for the BETA trial. I think it is great that widgets will be available on office website for patients to access for New patient contact. I would REALLLLY would like to see Weave advance into providing LIVE chat directly from websites for new patients.

Allow managers/owners access to team chat
I think the weave app should have a feature that allows office managers/owners to view the team chat of any employee. While we love weave and initially loved the idea of the team chat as we thought it could help employees communicate business matters, we have run into some problems where the chatting feature is being misused by staff which goes against our office computer policies. Currently, there is no way to prove misuse. I think it would be great if owners/managers/admins had this capability. It is something we've already reached out to Weave to see if it could be…

Search in Office Text/Chat
Would you please make it possible to "search" for a key word in our inter-office text/chat? Many times we need to recall a conversation, but it can take 30 minutes to go back even to last month. It would make this much more useful! Thank you.

Needed on Ipad
Our office uses Ipads as a big part of our day to day duties. We have come to find out that unfortunately the product does not work properly on ipads. Specifically the team chat function which is highly used in our practice and would be very beneficial to improve our communication between areas quicker than having to hunt someone down on foot. If you could please look into fixing this it would be great!

Replying option w/in team chat
There is a feature on my apple iPhone where if there's an active group chat, and I only want to respond to one person within the chat, I can reply to them or acknowledge that I've seen the message. Is there any way we can apply something similar to the weave team chat? There are multiple messages that can get lost so if I miss a message from earlier and just respond with "okay" it doesn't really show who i'm responding to.

notifications apple watch broken
This week the notifications on my apple phone and watch are no longer showing up. Notifications are all turned on in settings. For the last year it worked fine. Please fix this I use the watch notifications all the time.

Team Chat Conversations search and/or download
Hi, I am wondering if you can please add a feature to download chats. We had a chat discussion regarding a patient a while back - we have had many, many since then... I would really like to have the ability to download a chat so i can search it for specific conversations. We have had many a need for this and I am very confident we are not the only ones. Thank you!

Integrate Facebook Messenger Messages Into Chat App
It would be great if you could integrate Facebook Messenger messages into the chat feature of your app. This way we could monitor just one place for all incoming messages. I thought that was already a feature, so I was way bummed when I found out it wasn't.

Dr Queue
It would be nice if there was a feature to inform the doctor who is waiting for the doctor and in what order. Just one box with the next place to go immediately obvious.

Chat failure
When I receive a message pop-up, and click 'view' I am sent back to old messages. This has caused me to miss some new messages. I'd like the 'view' button to take me to current messages.

We want to "Like" or react with an emoji to a specific message on the team chat lines.

Calls shown in texts
IF calls would show up on the text so you could see who called who between texted messages. This would help so many people keep track of things

Unknown Direct Message
Team members names are unknown on the iPad but register on the desktop. This makes communicating difficult from the room.

Limit Internal Convos
As a Practice Leader of a large dental office I feel that it would be beneficial to have the option to limit internal conversations to a single staff group conversation instead of individual conversations. This could help monitor/limit staff from having side conversations that are unrelated to work matters.

Messenger App
I was informed by our IT company that Dentrix/Henry Schein aka the Evil Empire is going to no longer support their in app Dental Link messenger. Please consider offering a way using your messenger on workstations that don't have phones associated with them. Thank you!
