    Please develop the technology to block the recording of credit card data in the recorded conversations. During our PCI Compliance Assessment we learned that is illegal (a security risk) to record credit card data. Thank you

  2. Write back to text reminders

    When a notification (your glasses or contacts have arrived) text is sent out to a patient it would be nice if Weave could write back in the patient chart that they were notified by text.

  3. Specify text response locations

    For an office as busy as we are, we would like to option to only see messages that apply to specific areas. ie)Optical only sees the messages tagged to them.

  4. Insurance Ideas

    It would be nice to be able to verify all of patient's insurance if they have more than one! Otherwise, we have to stop & go to that insurance companies website to verify.

    Wish there was also a way to link accounts. Especially if they have three insurances. Since Dentrix will only allow for two dental or medical insurances. We have patients like that.

    I also can't understand that when verify insurances that the system doesn't understand which Delta Dental it is. Like if the patient has Delta Dental of Ohio & it switches it back to Delta of Indiana,…

  5. Have a way to set where in the schedule Weave looks for appointments.

    In my office, we tend to keep the appointment booking on the schedule because there are notes on the appointment that we would like to keep. Originally, we would simply move the appointment listing beyond our office hours into what would be a "Closed" time, and our previous messaging system wouldn't send reminders for it. If I were to put it as cancelled in my system, my EHR would delete the appointment and any notes with it.

    Now it seems with Weave, it's sending reminders for appointments after my closing time. I'm fairly certain I did set my office hours…

  6. Track individual sent messages

    Have a screen where you can see all your personal sent texts. I work with multiple people in a doctors office and when trying to reschedule appointments within multiple time slots it's hard to find my own texts in chronological order. Yes I could search their individual name but I wouldn't be able to see what time slot I offered to the previous person etc.

  7. Transfer Call

    TRANSFERRING CALLS. When a call is transferred (anyway - warm or blind) It would be nice if it said it was being transferred versus just ringing again. If i am not paying attention to the caller ID during the first time the phone rings and it rings again, I do the whole office greeting instead of just saying "This is..."

    Is there a way that we can fix this? It would be very helpful to know if the call is being transferred.

  8. Allow filtering to user custom naming

    In the attached screenshot, you can see "General, General 9002, etc". Users don't know what that means. It would be better if they had custom names like "Reception" so users understand which is relevant to them.

    It would also be great if the phone at the ext of the signed in user had "Your deskphone" after it or something.

  9. IT would be very helpful to set settings in the payment tab so that the total amounts collected do not show up at the top for all employees.

    the user roles to have additional features to omit some information, specifically the total collected amounts being on display in bold at the top of the page that we have to go on to create an invoice. This feature would be great to limit to financial or super admins only as all employees should not be able to see this.

  11. To allow an admin to monitor a specific employees texts. Not just the tagged ones but to filter and see only one employees communications.

    To be able to monitor 1 specific emplyee's communications within the weave app without having to read every text that is listed.

  12. Customize options for tracking phone calls

    Hello,
    I recently called and spoke with an operator. My question was relating to the Weave desk top App.
    I track our calls etc on the Analytics feature and was told I could not change the times, to reflect our business hours, it tracking missed calls when our office is not even open, the numbers are incorrect, yet you can customize the hours on the portal. If you are able to customize in the portal then should be able to do on the desk top, its the main one we use and log into every day. I am frustrated looking…

  13. Ability to data map different Order Types, not just the status

    When setting up Auto Messaging for "Order Ready" there needs to be a way to map the Order types that are available in the EHR so that the appropriate message can be sent for each order. Example: Contact lenses have revenue orders that pt's can pick up at their convenience but contact lens TRIALS need to notify the pt that they need an appointment.

    In NWX, for Patients listing, offer a default setting for Active patients only. It comes up now showing All Patients, which is not what we typically use. Saves us a click step.

  15. Put prescribing doctors name on prescription tab would help in group practices

    Currently quickest way I've found to see which doctor wrote the Rx is to go to prescription tab and print prescription to see who wrote it. Why not just show w/date who signed it?

  16. Filtering Prospective Patients

    We would like the capability of filtering our prospective patients. When a new patient is added to our system and has not yet been booked for an appointment, they come up as a prospective patient on the app. It would be nice is these patients could be filtered and show up in the list section. This would allow us to easily follow up with patients (phone or text) that have not yet booked an initial exam.

  18. Additional Message Queue filter

    It would be beneficial in the Message Queue dashboard to have an option to filter based on Practitioner/Provider along with Status/Message Type/Method.

    Our providers are diligent about wanting to know their individual stats for reminders going out, confirmed, failed etc. The ability to see that instead of the entire locations messages would be beneficial for seeing how our reminders are performing.

  20. Allow automated messages to filter by procedure type instead of appointment type with Opendental

    Open dental creates unique appointments by allowing the office to select the exact procedure codes that will be performed instead of just scheduling general appointment types. This makes it difficult to utilize advanced filters when creating automated messages because it obligates the office to specifically select appointment types that have the exact procedures included in the description of the appointment showing in Weave. The appointment description showing in the Weave schedule shows the list of procedures by abbreviation and not by actual code, but when creating the appointment type it is the actual codes that are selected.
