  1. Text to pay expiration notice

    Text to pay invoices now expire after 30 days. Is it possible to have some sort of notification for us if it expires unpaid? That would be more useful than having an extra 30 or 60 days- if they haven't paid by 30 it's not likely they'll pay by 89!

  3. refund options updated

    We need to be able to provide a refund to a patient with a different card - if the original card expired or was lost etc. For any amount - if possible - not just what was paid on that card.

    Please try to make the payout page more user friendly with date transaction was done and when payout reached the bank not the intiated date - the lower half of the payout page is the only useful section - it would be great if it could be closer to the top.

  6. Refunds from app

    It would be very helpful to be able to issue refunds through the weave app and in cases where they did not pay with a card initially or want it refunded to a different card.

  8. Payments

    When a patient calls to pay their bill over the phone, is there a way to add a button or link we can click to take us to Payments? It's a lot of extra clicking to go from the screen that is there when the person calls to generating the Payments screen.

  10. text to pay

    it would be very helpful if we can flag or monitor "text to pay payments". we often send the text out but not all of us have access to the admin portal to see if we have received the payment. sometimes pateitns pay the next day or the next week. we need to call these payments out so it can be posted in our practice management system and we can process orders if needed. in many instances we are waiting for payment to place an order.   12. Text to pay notification

    Please create a notification for when patients pay by "Text to Pay" it is extremely difficult to reconcile our accounts when the payments go by invoice date instead of date paid. We are also missing recording these payments because some are so far back and sometimes patients dont pay for a month.

  13. Entire app and site Slowness Complaint

    Weave admin portal and app has been incredibly slow for weeks now. What changed? WHAT is going on? Logging in is slow. You repeatedly enter log in information. There is an unacceptable from the time a credit transaction happens to when it shows up in the admin portal or app filter. Our office has absolutely been thrilled with Weave up until this point. I am not sure what is going on and would appreciate follow up.

  14. Payment print receipts

    As far as payments go I love that I can email patients their receipts, however, I have some old school patients that want their receipt via paper. Currently I have to log in to the weave admin payment website. Unfortunately there is about a 2 minute Lag before the transaction shows up and is available for me to print. This has to change. There needs to be a print receipt option from the payment screen along with the text or email. I am shocked that this hasn't been addressed before. Thank you.

    Is there a way to implement a notification pop-up like when we get text or calls, but for completed text to pay transactions? Something where the customer completes their payment, then we get a pop-up? Thanks!

  16. Payment system additions

    There are two issues that are irritating to me while working, both having to do with the payment system. 1. Weave does not allow me to print a receipt from the app. I have to log into the weave payment portal website in order to do this and that takes me extra time. It should give me the option to print, text, and email receipt. 2. Weave payment portal should have to ability to set up recurring payments.   17. daily payment printed report

    At the end of the day if we could print a report on what payments were taken through weave so that we have a paper trail nightly. right now we always have to go to app and look. Thank you

  20. Faster Printed Receipt

    Is it possible to generate a printed receipt faster? While the majority of patients like an emailed receipt, the particularly skeptical often request a printed copy. Having the patient stare at us while we stare at our computer refreshing every second makes the two minutes it takes to generate the hard copy receipt feel like forever...
