2) In the weave portal or app, can you add a calendar where I can schedule voicemail over rides for days that I know my office will be closed?

Send the info requested for online scheduling to the office
The current online scheduling system asks for a patients date of birth but does not send that date of birth to the office with the request. It would be nice to have all the patients information to get them scheduled.

online scheduling
Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

appt reminder for unique appointment
We have one appointment each day that requires a unique appointment reminder. The patient needs to arrive 1hr 10 mins earlier than the actual time. We have tried to create our own reminder with the advanced filters however there are so many combinations for this appointment the list in the advanced filters has 100+ appointments and we are constantly adding more. Is is possible for weave to use just 3 characters in the appointment descriptor line versus the whole line when sending out a appointment reminder? Online Scheduling Improvement
The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.
Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

Schedule on App
When working on the schedule on the app, it would be best after clicking on a pt name, texting/calling them, and then going back to the schedule, to return to the same time on the schedule you are working on rather than it defaulting to the start of the day. Waste of time scrolling back to the time you need to work on.

Online Scheduling...Eaglesoft.
Please have the online scheduling identify "open" operatories in Eaglesoft not every operatory in the system. Without this feature online scheduling is useless to our office because the scheduler shows every opeatory available even though it is not available in Eaglesoft.

Online scheduling request for DOB should also come through on the request
Weave already asks for the patient's DOB when they are requesting the appointment online, however it does not transfer that information to us when we receive the request. That prompts us to ask the patient AGAIN which, oddly enough, the patient doesn't like!

Employee Schedule
It would be great to have an employee calendar that we can all make changes to in order to track who is working which days. That way if a trade is needed or a replacement is needed it can be posted or our office manager can be notified of a change in the daily schedule of employees. This would be super helpful for vacations as well.

online scheduling Eaglesoft is useless
As currently functioning, online scheduling is useless. It doesn't not sync with Eaglesoft to show available appts. Please do a temp fix that will show all appts are open so patients can at least have an option to schedule.

we want the online scheduler to recognize the availability on the operatories, it is how we delegate and differenciate appointments to our providers outside of marking the provider name on the appointment; which seems to be confusing your system. Operatories would make this process way easier and more efficient

Online Scheduling without allowing choice of hygienist. And without staff approval
Scheduling: hygiene appt WITHOUT showing provider names; scheduling without staff approval
Patients do not get to choose their hygienist. We move patients around among providers based on many factors after they schedule, balancing providers' loads etc. and if they choose Melissa and see Barb they may be angry.
We need an option where only "Any Provider" accurate openings are displayed
I want patients to leave the scheduling effort knowing they have an appointment, not a "request submitted that they might get" Can you imagine how much less satisfying that would be on OpenTable? "we got your request, we'll let you…

Save the Date option for Cloud9 Software
Currently there is not a Save the Date option for Cloud9 software. Is this something that could potentially come down the line for this software. A lot of our patients like to add the appt date and time to their calendars as soon as the appt is made. This feature would greatly help with this.

show events blocks in the schedule on the app
We use Dentrix. The mobile app should show events and lunch blocks in the schedule on the mobile app. Right now it just looks like an opening. there is no way for someone looking at the app to see that an appt is blocked for something other than a patient.

View Scheduled Appointments by Patient Name (VET OFFICES)
As a veterinary office, our patients are not the human clients, but their pets. I would like our schedule to show patient names on appointments rather than the human clients for ease of reading and knowing who is coming in.
If we have 1 client bringing multiple pets, it just shows the client name multiple times on the schedule, which is not helpful for planning our day and staff. Please roll out an update for vet practices to show the patient info rather than the client info on our schedule.2 votes -

The online scheduler does not work properly for our office, the tier 2 team suggested we put in a request for a feature so that the availability of the hygienist shows when as well as the doctor, so the sync needs to be changed from Open Dental to Weave

Please add analytics and have them tied to emailing the office. For example: they'd like analytics based around Scheduling requests from Online Scheduling, or when someone clicks on the online scheduler, etc.

Include all Appointment Times for Patient
Currently only 1 appointment reminder is sent out to a patient per day. This may not include all their appointment times. Sometimes it only sends the later appointment and people forgot they made an earlier one so they miss it. Offices would love to see a drag and drop TIMES tile for the individual text template.
