An Option for Private Pay Patients to Bypass Insurance Verification
I think it would be nice to have the patients have another option if they are private pay instead of adding in a blank photo

Update the look of Insurance Verification!
I would really love to have the insurance verification to look like how it does in the weave help videos. Its really disappointing because when we were looking at weave at MidWinter they showed us the insurance verification like the videos and ours looks nothing like it. The guy knew we had Eaglesoft and did not mention it wouldnt look how his does. The one you guys show in the videos is way better than the one we use. It would be 1000% better if you guys had them look like that. Please please please update it!

Consistency between plans
We have found the information is not consistent between plans and isn't very user friendly. Some plans we can view deductibles as well as maximums and some we can only view one or the other. I feel this could be a great product with more work. Thanks!!

Insurance Verification
The function of this add-on feature sounds AWESOME. I think it's a work in progress still. It should be uniform in what information is displayed. Some display percents allowed, some display maximums (super helpful and a great selling point) some do not display at all. The length of time that it takes to click "verify" and have the information in front of you is way too long and CANNOT be done while on the phone or while someone is waiting in front of you. In turn defeats the purpose. I can log in online to the insurance carrier faster for…

Adding Delta Dental of Wyoming to the Verification List as a new payer
A large majority of our patients have Delta Dental Of Wyoming. Sure would be nice to add them to your payor list. Also it would be nice if you could see which Insurance companies are enrolled prior to adding the service to your account an then having to go through the process to opt out.

Insurance Verification for Orthodontics
It would be helpful to have orthodontic lifetime maximums appear in the insurance verification. In addition, how orthodontic payments are made - monthly, annually, quarterly - as well as age limits for treatment.
