  1. Send Google reviews to specific appointment types

    We would like to send auto Google review texts to our patients coming in for New Start appointments, or to their Ortho adjust 1st appointments. It would be great to have this feature. Thanks, Danielle.

    Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.

  3. Help us feel more comfortable automating Google review requests in the future by allowing us to automate private feedback requests

    I just learned today that one of Google's updated (2018) policy for reviews is: "don’t discourage or prohibit negative reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers." (1) This means Google is against review gating(2)(3), which is screening the type of people a business would think would positively respond to a review and then selecting them to give a Google review.

    We may want to transition to sending out automated requests for Google Reviews via Weave in the future as patients receive appointments from us. However, we're not ready for that step yet.

    What may help us transition to that…

  5. Do not send Review texts to certain operatories

    I think you really need to have the option for the after appointment feedback to not send to certain operatories, just like you do for the appointment reminders. We very often move patients who have cancelled or who want to reschedule to our "sidebook" because my boss likes to see who has dropped out or if we're waiting to hear back from them to reschedule. If we don't get them off of the schedule then they get the text even though they never came. Hopefully my request makes sense!

  6. Surveys for the patients after their appointments

    We would like to have Survey's for the patients for when they come in how there appointment was. They are a series of questions and they rate their visit for our own personal knowledge on how their visit was. Thanks

    Ability to intercept/filter reviews through Weave, then send a request to pt to post original review to google. Gives ability to intercept a bad review. Revenuewell has this feature.

  12. Stop Allowing Clients to Choose Private Reviews

    For reviews, please allow us to decide which platform(s) we want the client reviewing on. I only just discovered today (after onboarding over two weeks ago) that when I send a review request the client can choose whether to leave a private or public review. I don't do auto reviews, I hand select which clients I want to request a review from specifically because I want that glowing public review to help improve my business's credibility. Private glowing reviews that no one but me can see don't help my business. Please fix this odd feature. Thank you.

    In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

  14. Review Texts to No Show patients

    We have noticed that patients who do not show up to their appointments still get the Review Auto-Text. We mark them as 'No Show' in OfficeMate within 20 minutes of missing the appointment, but they still get the text. This is a little embarrassing for us, and makes the office look bad. Please come up with a fix for this with an update soon!!

  15. How often Review Requests are Sent

    Why do our patients get a review request every 6months? Shouldn't they not get one if they have previously left a review? Please update your system to not send reviews but once a year (at a minimum).

    Reviews for specific appointments ONLY: It would be really awesome to which appointment TYPES would receive Review Links. With COVID, many patients have to schedule optical pickups, browsing, adjustments, etc. and patients shouldn't get spammed a review link for EVERY appointment. It leads to lower retention rates for text opt-in, and really creates a significant spam atmosphere. Please consider ASAP!

    Is there a way Weave can track reviews better? For example, it would be helpful if Weave prompts you if you have already sent that person a review request. The way it is set up now it sends the review request and the only way to see if that request has already been sent is by opening the text chain and scrolling through which is very time consuming.     I would like to adjust the frequency that review requests are sent out. Currently its set at every 6 months, I would like for it to be every 3 months at the very least.
