Cancel Review Invitation for no-shows
I would love it if the review link was not sent to patients that did not show to their appointment. I love the auto-send feature, but it sent a review to a new patient that had never been to our office and didn't show to their appointment. That doesn't make our office look great, and it is pretty inconvenient for us to go through and send out the review links manually. It would be awesome if that could be fixed! Thank you for your time.

Only send reviews after certain exam types
It would be very helpful if the auto review prompts could be set to only go out after certain exam types. We have turned Reviews off and are considering discontinuing it because it doesn't work for patients coming in for weekly therapy appointment or contact lens follow ups to be getting review requests after these appointments. Patients are getting annoyed when they get these review request texts every week after their appointments.

Better management of review invite send times & frequencies
Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.

Surveys for the patients after their appointments
We would like to have Survey's for the patients for when they come in how there appointment was. They are a series of questions and they rate their visit for our own personal knowledge on how their visit was. Thanks

filter reviews
Ability to intercept/filter reviews through Weave, then send a request to pt to post original review to google. Gives ability to intercept a bad review. Revenuewell has this feature.

Link Reviewers to Patients
In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

customize review request landing page
We would like to be able to customize the wording and logo on the landing page weave is providing for review requests. We plant a tree with every review we receive and would like to let patients know #1 that we do this, and #2 how many trees we have planted so far (We would want to update this monthly)

Ability to remove Weave private review/comment button from review link.
We would like the ability to remove the weave private comment/review button option when a patient gets a review link. A lot of the patients we see are older and sometimes they have confusion between google or leaving a private review, and they select private review instead.

Review Reminders
The ability to send out a review reminder (manually) a day or two after the automated one goes out. This works tremendously. I used to use Podium at my previous employer and this is how I got more than half my reviews. Please enable this!!!!!!!

Reviews by Appt Type
We would like the option to send reviews to certain appt types in the template so patients coming for retainer repairs, comfort visits, etc. do not receive one. It would also be great to be able to set a time frame so they only receive one every 6 months. Our old system was set up this way and it keeps patients from getting annoyed with too many requests.

We are interested in using the automated reviews feature for our patients. However, I have contacted support and Weave is not currently able to integrate with our operating software of eClinicalWorks. I would like to request for Weave to check and see if they can reach out to eClinicalWorks for integration. We would love to be able to optimize the review feature of weave and help us streamline the review process.

Software Improvements
Hello,
I wanted to make a couple of suggestions that would be helpful in future updates to weave:
1. I would like there to be a way that weave could highlight people who have left a review so that we don't re-send review requests to people who have already left a review.
2. I would like the copy/paste feature to be enabled in the review section, as I re-post reviews on our social media and currently have to go to Google to copy/paste and have to manually re-type the private reviews.
