Only send reviews after certain exam types
It would be very helpful if the auto review prompts could be set to only go out after certain exam types. We have turned Reviews off and are considering discontinuing it because it doesn't work for patients coming in for weekly therapy appointment or contact lens follow ups to be getting review requests after these appointments. Patients are getting annoyed when they get these review request texts every week after their appointments.

Better management of review invite send times & frequencies
Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.

Software Improvements
Hello,
I wanted to make a couple of suggestions that would be helpful in future updates to weave:
1. I would like there to be a way that weave could highlight people who have left a review so that we don't re-send review requests to people who have already left a review.
2. I would like the copy/paste feature to be enabled in the review section, as I re-post reviews on our social media and currently have to go to Google to copy/paste and have to manually re-type the private reviews.

Dynamic fields for Reviews
In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

middle name
Please add patient middle names so that we can differentiate between patients that have the same name. When I'm looking at our Eaglesoft software, it includes a middle name and if I had the middle name in Weave, I could differentiate without having to go into the patient's chart to find out their age.

Stop sending Thank you text to patients that no show on appointments
Our patients that no show are still receiving "thank you for coming" texts and the link to review us.

Auto review texts should not send to patients that have not showed.
The previous post about this is marked completed, but my review texts are still sending to patients that are not showing up. Your support team was contacted this morning and they told me that it queues an hour before the patient's appointment so therefore if the patient is confirmed one hour before the scheduled appointment time they will get a message no matter what. We don't know the patient is not going to show up until AFTER the appointment. Queueing before the actual appointment time isn't actually functionable. QR option for reviews
A QR code option for reviews would be a great addition for review options for those patients that don't have a google or facebook acount and or can't remember login credentials. We feel this would be more patient friendly

eClinicalWorks
Hello,
We are interested in using the automated reviews feature for our patients. However, I have contacted support and Weave is not currently able to integrate with our operating software of eClinicalWorks. I would like to request for Weave to check and see if they can reach out to eClinicalWorks for integration. We would love to be able to optimize the review feature of weave and help us streamline the review process.

Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button
Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button that says "Write Recommendation" so it is is more obvious to customers of what to click on (ie. "Write Facebook Recommendation" or "Write Google Recommendation")

individual reviews
I sent review requests to individual patients and not through the Weave automated system. My request is to be alerted if I'm sending a review request to a patient I already sent a review request to within the last month, or restrict the sending if they have been sent one within a certain amount of time.

Modify Review Request verbiage per patient.
We should be able to modify the verbiage for review requests on a per patient basis, similar to how text to pay requests can be changed prior to being sent. This would be specially helpful if we'd like to request reviews from patient in different languages or to personalize the request to the experience.

I've used Birdeye-- they had an automation for uploading reviews into facebook feed. Thank you for considering this!

private reviews
It would be great to be able to have the private feature option be at the top even if google and facebook are linked. Clients are hesitant to submit a public review or don't have a google/facebook account. Since it's not at the top, it can be easily disregarded.
