Search options for recent calls
Can you add a calendar or an option to enter the date we are looking for calls missed, received or placed. Also if you could place the time stamp on those dates as well.

Recognition of mobile numbers in any category
I've been manually transferring all numbers to the mobile section because when creating a new patient file it defaults to the home number space. If Weave could recognize a mobile in any space that would make this transition much much more smooth! -Thanks Sam

Voicemail Transcription
Please add voicemail transcription, due to our high volume of voicemails it is a. huge time saver and a musthave for us.

Missed Call Txt
With the missed call txt, we have come to see a slight issue. Its great to have when receptionist are helping others on the phone and we miss a call, the txt message to the client is great. But we have a tree line system so when we are open clients leave voicemails for our doctors as an option. When they leave the voicemail, they still receive the missed call txt and to call back or txt in which can be confusing. The txt message should only go to true missed calls, not for doctor or technician med refill voicemails.

Show all family members when patients call
Hello. We would like to have the option of having all family members pop up on the screen when one family member calls so that we can see if any of the family members are due for appointments. Thank you

Add Download Feature to Voicemail Tab
Many of your competitors have phones or software that allows the users to download the audio file of voicemails left or for the audio files of the voicemails to be emailed either to the email of record for the account or to be forwarded by email. Is there any way the development team could add a feature to the desktop and/or mobile apps on the voicemail tab of the Phone where you can download the message? It is great that we can call support and they can send it to us, but it is not a productive use of time…

2-Way intercom between groups of phones
We really need a way to intercom between groups of phones. We need our front desk group to be able to 2-way intercom with our treatment area group. We had this with our previous phone system and it saved us so much time. It was a huge disappointment that it isn't possible with Weave.

The need for a weekend time frame
Our biggest need right now is for a setting on voicemail that can be automatically turned over to the weekend call services at a certain time. Like Friday at 5:00 p.m until 8:00 am. on Monday morning without having to go in an change the settings every Friday. Holidays could work the same way. Make it so you can change the dates and time for that duration instead of just closed.

Phone recording update
Since weave has update, I have not been able to fast forward through a phone call recording. This is very inconvenient when all I need is a small part of a conversation. Please fix this feature. Thank you

Less Outages
Hello,
My name is Michael. I work at Best Friends Animal Hospital. I was hoping if there is any way to have better connections or a stronger program where it doesn't have an outage so often. I feel like this company has many issues with technical issues. Also if there is any way if when we process a refund from a transaction that a few days ago, if the refund can show on the day it was submitted in the portal so it doesn't mess up our book keeping. pop up phone calls
It would be nice if we are able to adjust where the pop up notifications is on the screen. Having it in the upper right hand corner is not ideal.

Tag Voicemail
I would like to be able tag voicemails the same way you can tag a text message.

fast forwarding or rewinding voicemails
We would like to be able to fast forward through the intro on a voicemail or rewind the voicemail to hear a certain part again . We are very busy office and the into takes up time when checking messages .

Recording credit card numbers NOT
I was doing my compliance for our credit card processing and we do take credit cards via phone and they asked is we had a program that does not record the credit card number . I called and asked if Weave offers this and unfortunately you don't, so thats my suggestion. Thanks Happy New Year

Office Management of Phone Trees
Our office would love to be able to manage our own phone trees. Having to wait up to an hour to talk to someone on chat and then going back and forth when we are in the middle of running a busy office is less than ideal, and that's putting it nicely. PLEASE create a feature that will allow us to manage our own phone trees!
