  1. Automatic Updates for Desktop App

    Please enable automatic updates to the Weave desktop app. Our staff likely dismiss the notifications for updates, which then leads to issues with the app. It would be great if the app would queue an update for the next time the app is launched, or if it could be performed outside of office hours. Thank you.

  3. Shared phone numbers in family file & Caller ID

    Shared phone numbers on caller ID often show up as a child instead of head-of-household or adult patient. Is there a way to change this?

  4. Overall Feedback - Non Medical Business

    FEEDBACK FROM A MOTORSPORTS BUSINESS
    (non-health/medical)

    1. Do not require account creation simply to give feedback. I had to create a new login to give this feedback (from my Weave Desk app that I am already logged into)...

    2. Window layering for Desktop App - This window won't pop up over other windows like chrome, files, etc... It would be great to be able to have it open over other windows when necessary.

    3. Text Message Popup - It would be nice if this would be movable and able to minimize or something. It would also be great to have an image attachment…

  5. Calendar view on desktop

    Add the option to see the schedule as a calendar on the desktop app. There is an option for this on the mobile app, so please make an update to the desktop.

  6. Resize Weave desktop app

    Is there anyway to expand the weave desktop app? My staff and I, especially the front office users, would love and appreciate being able to make the app fit to the screen size of our monitors.

    all the new stuff is fine, It is just tiresome to constantly have to scroll up or down or sideways to see icons or other features. Please make the screen larger to accommodate your application. Thank you

  8. Updated Search Bar Inefficiency

    The new search bar only shows two - three results at a time and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to which two patients. I was advised to use the "View More" button. However, if that is working “as designed” its terribly inefficient. When you do click the “view more” button you have to start all over in typing the name you’re looking for – it doesn’t carry over from what you’ve already started. Please update!

  9. Refresh Weave website OVERKILL

    Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!

  10. Numerous Broken Weave Issues

    First, yet again, Weave feedback sucks...you can only leave 1 feedback idea each time? Do you want the feedback or not? Then if while I'm having to wait 5 minutes for you to send me an email link to even leave feedback, I just happen to get a phone call, I'm automatically moved out of the suggestions portion of Weave and the feedback email link will no longer work...do you try to just make things not work or is it purely accidental?

    Separately, there needs to be built in control to designate which customer is primary for any phone number,…

  11. Weave Feedback Is Broken

    First, the Weave feedback system sucks...you want my feedback to make your system better, so you make me have to login, wait 5 minutes for an email, then see if my idea is already submitted, but all I can see are the subject lines for these other ideas, you click one to read it, and if doesn't apply to my idea I have to back out, but now my idea I've written about is gone and I'm logged out of Weave feedback...yet another completely opposite of genius idea you have put into place! How about you actually make feedback useful…

    it would be really great if I would not get huge pop ups about new features like actionable messaging, and then not actually get the update at all. Very frustrating for the end user.

  14. Unhappy with services

    The weave software is extremely frustrating. You have to contact support every time you need something changed or updated and we end up sitting on hold for over an hour before anyone picks up. The system needs to be made where we can customize emails, texts, ect. to our needs. We will likely be cancelling very soon.

    would love it there was a direct link from Dentrix to click on to make a call to patients.

    Also would love if there was a link on weave desktop app when you click in to a patient on the phone call alert that you could click on a go to that family's family file or ledger connection.

  16. text msg notices

    It would be nice if there was a way to mark a text msg as handled for when we have multiple people working. If a patient texts in with a question/issue and one person calls them back and handles it, that text just looks like it hasn't been answered so if there was a way to mark that it was completed would be nice.
