Integration with EHR
I have been using Weave for many years now but it does not integrate with my EHR, My Vision Express. I was told initially that Weave was working on getting integrated but it has not happened. Can you please work on getting integrated with My Vision Express?

Patient Portal
We had an office retreat this past weekend. We were brainstorming ideas that would enhance our patient experience. It was suggested we offer a patient portal. This patient portal is available to patients in a lot of medical settings. It allows the patient to login with a unique login to check their patient information: Rx, next appointment scheduled or to be scheduled, any referrals made to other doctors and their information would show up, etc.

WEBPT Integration
I am wanting to integrate my EMR system with Weave. I have been using WEBPT for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their services. I really don't want to transition to another EMR system. Can you please see if you can integrate into WEBPT EMR platform. Thank you.

Recall Feature Improvement
The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.
Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

1 Click phone call through Dentrix
I call a lot of patients each week(200+) and to be able to click 1 button in Dentrix that calls the patient from my phone would be life changing. It would save me so much time and frustration dialing number after number after number. I would like for it to be as simple as clicking their telephone number in Dentrix and have it instantly go through on my phone, like a hyperlink. bluetooth headset with app
The app is an awesome idea and it's really great for lots of things. I have been making calls from home since last summer and I use your app almost everyday. I have a lot of feedback and would love to answer any questions you might have about the following (or anything else): When I call out, the connection often isn't great and then I use a wired headset with an extended microphone. Software Improvements
Hi, I have a few ideas:
-We have an in house membership plan...can you please include that as a type of insurance so that it shows up in the patients' profile?
-Is there a way that communication can be tracked or documented automatically into our software management program (Eaglesoft)?

Information
Reminders - We should be able to send reminders to several members for some of our patients.
When you switch from one program that pulls information a different way ( the billing tab) and your weave system pull for a different tab we ( the office) should be told that, not discover it on your own. That would have been a factor in switching systems.

Full integration
I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal. Integrated payments with Dentrix
We really need for Weave to be able to integrate the payments with Dentrix so we don't have the extra steps of having to remember to do it ourselves. It's hell when trying to make the deposit out and the pymts made through Weave haven't been entered manually.

weave payment to post directly to open dental
It is frustrating that other credit card systems will integrate directly to weave payment. We would use the weave app for all of our payments if it did post payments directly to open dental.

Print Receipts Directly from the Weave Desktop App
Please add a feature directly on the Weave Desktop App so we can print the receipts directly form the Weave Desktop App.
We currently have to login to our Weave account through Google, click on payments, then print it through there. It's too much work and very time consuming for the front desk staff.

ASAP list & Journal Entry enhancements (Dentrix Users)
We were considering switching to RecallMax recently because of a couple strong features Weave does not do. Weave won out our decision for a myriad of other reasons, but the features that brought RecallMax to our attention should be heavily considered for development by Weave. Please look at how they post actions taken automatically to Dentrix's journal module (phone calls, etc.). Their ASAP list is phenomenal as to the degree of detail/search to fill an available space.
