We have one appointment each day that requires a unique appointment reminder. The patient needs to arrive 1hr 10 mins earlier than the actual time. We have tried to create our own reminder with the advanced filters however there are so many combinations for this appointment the list in the advanced filters has 100+ appointments and we are constantly adding more. Is is possible for weave to use just 3 characters in the appointment descriptor line versus the whole line when sending out a appointment reminder? We can identify our unique appointment with a certain code at the beginning of the line. Please help :)
