Software Improvements
Hello,
I wanted to make a couple of suggestions that would be helpful in future updates to weave:
1. I would like there to be a way that weave could highlight people who have left a review so that we don't re-send review requests to people who have already left a review.
2. I would like the copy/paste feature to be enabled in the review section, as I re-post reviews on our social media and currently have to go to Google to copy/paste and have to manually re-type the private reviews.
3. I would like there to be a way to turn off call recording if a patient is giving a payment over the phone or incorporate a feature to blur out credit card information from recordings for PCI compliance.
4. When a text conversation is open, new texts sent by the patient or other team members do not show up unless you close out of the conversation and enter back in. This has caused some awkwardness with multiple team members messaging the patient about the same thing. I would like this to be updated in real time without having to exit out of the conversation.
