Auto Post for Credit Card Payments
We are new to Weave and love most of the features. It would be really helpful and save some extra steps if the credit card payments would auto fill into the Eaglesoft account. Before moving to Weave, we used Best Card and they are really trying to get our business back, they currently have the auto fill feature for credit card payments. It would be great if you could add that feature also.
Office would like to be able to:
1 - run payments directly from their PMS (Eaglesoft, but other offices that use other PMS would probably like this feature as well)
2 - have payments integrate with their PMS ((Eaglesoft, but other offices have requested this as well).
It would be a great time saver, less incorrect posting and missing an entry of payment in Eaglesoft if when a payment is entered into weave, that payment integrated into Eaglesoft.
As it is now, we enter the payment into weave and then have to go into eaglesoft to the patients account and enter again.
Before Weave we used xcharge and all payments automatically integrated into the patients account.
When taking credit card payments it would be nice if it automatically posted to the Eaglesoft. Changing to Weave has created an extra step when taking payments.
