Showing What Extensions that calls were for
Hello 2 things:
1 - when someone is calling in, and weave notifies us on the computer, or in the call log in the dashboard- it would be super helpful to know what extensions the pt was calling for. People are leaving voicemails on extension 2 (for optical) but the front is seeing a missed call and they calling back, but the pt already left a VM on the optical phone, so then the optical is calling the pt back later. It's not clear enough what extension the call was meant for. And the call log shows all the calls, even if it's not your extension, so it might be good to add a small note in the call log Ex. 2 AND have it in the notification box when it pops up for calls.
ALSO- if you are working multiple extension, it would be helpful to know which line is ringing in- EXAMPLE: My phone rings for ext. 1 (scheduling) and 2 (optical) - Sometimes I am the only optician here, but we have 3 receptionist. I would to be able to tell which line is calling is, so I know what needs to be answered (I did change my ringtone, so that's helps) BUT it would be better for it show on weave or really - BOTH.
2 - If wave is NOT sycning with our compulnk or our server, it would be nice to be notified. EXAMPLE: When we used Demand force, it would email us if the connection was lost OR it would notify us when he logged in (ERROR: DEMAND FORCE HAS NOT SYNCED WITH YOUR SERVER SINCE (WHATEVER DATE)). OR if weave could just show (in the dashboard) at the bottom or something, the last time or date is sync. Then we are able to tell if it's not syncing.
3 - The feature that was added for texting annotating who is responding is AWESOME. Love that it shows the initials and love that it shows who in the office is typing. - GREAT addition.
