Text Message Seen By list
Offices would love the ability to see which users have opened a text message so they might be able to track who failed to reply to an inbound text. It could show their initials or full name. Thank you!

We would love to be able to see if a client has opened / received a text message for accountability for confirmations.

Provide log of events with a text message. We have been having issues where users will open a message and not respond and leave the message unread. With multiple users and multiple ways of accessing text messages is difficult to know who did what on any certain day.

For accountability, it would be very helpful to have an administrative message log so I can see who/when marked a message as read
