I am struggling with the save the dates. We sometimes schedule multiple appts for the same patient for the same day. Like a plaque control class @ 10 and surgery @ 11 and then a week later another surgery @ 1. The save the date text use to send them out in order but now they are sending them out incorrectly. Look @ NienHwa Wang's texting feed for example. I scheduled her for Jan 4 @ 10 and 11 but her save the dates are 11 and then 10 so then she texts back confused on the time. If they show up @ 11, they miss a portion of their appt. This must be corrected please. I would like to suggest adding an option to add an after hours text. When the answering machine kicks on, the after hours texting comes on too. We text alot and when patients text in after hours looking for assistance with a toothache or billing question, no one is here to reply of course, so they wait on us to get back in the office the next business day which on a friday we close @ noon, that's a long time to wait but if an after hours text went out letting them know we are closed and back in whenever, I feel they would appreciate that notice vs wondering if the text went through or we're too busy for them.
