"RECALL REMINDERS" DO NOT PULL THE CORRECT DATES IN DAYSMARTVET!
We were told that we would be able to send text reminders for our patients due for wellness exams, vaccines, preventions etc. All of our inventory items that fall under these categories were integrated into the "recall reminder" section. We realized after awhile that people weren't receiving text messages for the approaching due dates on these types of things for their animals. After months and months of working with Weave and Daysmart to figure out the problem, Weave finally found that it was pulling "expiration dates" of vaccines and not pulling "due dates" for each specific patient. We then were told that it was a malfunction in the way Weave integrated with DaysmartVet and that Weave would have to rework your entire system to pull the correct dates, and that it just wasn't feasible to do that for just one clinic!! This is literally the main reason we switched to Weave was for the text reminders on anything upcoming the patient was due for!! We stopped calling our clients to let them know what their animal was due for when we got Weave, and once we finally figured out that our clients weren't receiving these, we have missed out on multiple appointments and animals not receiving what they needed!! This needs to be fixed ASAP! We pay entirely too much for something we were promised and not receiving.., and then being informed things cant be changed for us bc it would be too much work on your end!!
