Right now it takes about 10 minutes for information entered into Open Dental to sync and be available in Weave.

For example, if I add a new patient John Smith to open dental, I have to wait 10 minutes to see them pop up in Weave. I would like to send them a digital form immediately but can't because I have to wait for Weave to sync.

The same goes for entering a patient's insurance information in Open Dental. Have to wait 10 mins for it to show up in Weave. Same with phone number, email, or any other piece of information.
