What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
This office is utilizing the tag feature and the front desk is assigning the tags to go to the correct user to respond. Everyone else in the office has their inbox filtered to only their tags. The office would like to have the inbox notification show only their tags. If there are any messages in the actionable tab (but not assigned to their tag) it will show that they have messages that they need to respond to
The office would also like the be able to assign a follow up that has been added to the follow up list and notify only that user of the follow up. If the office has several follow ups added and only one user needs to complete the follow up that notification is not needed.
