What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
Office said that they have a communication software that allows their patients to send facebook messenger and instagram messages, and then on the office's end they see the messages come in along with texts in a software they are using. Then they can reply and the patient will receive the message as a facebook messenger or instagram message. They want to have this same functionality in the Weave app so that they can have all of their messages in one place.
