Mobile App message Templates
I was hoping to be able to use the message templates saved in the desktop app, on the mobile app. We do not have auto reminders on currently due to staff shortage and do not want reminders or confirmations going out early to those appointments that need rescheduling. The templates can be used to send individual text but that is a little inconvenient. The mobile app is a great tool to be utilized during regular closed hours and times when the office is closed for extended days, vacation, etc. Being able to use those templates would make the app extremely more efficient in those times. This is already available in mobile app. To use it kindly open the message conversation screen, and click on the leftmost icon beside attachment icon. This will open list of message templates that you can now use by clicking on it.
