When patients have multiple appointments scheduled for the same day, when they confirm the earliest appointment, it should confirm all appointments for that day.

Patients holding more than one appointment on the same day confirm appointment reminder text and only the first appointment is confirmed. Subsequent text reminders use the time of the second appointment leading to confusion for patient. Confirmation response should confirm ALL appointments held by that patient for that day
