As I am in the middle of drafting an email campaign for the upcoming holiday season. I was looking for a way to have the "Call To Action" button at the bottom of my email perform an action similar to what is on the annual routine exam reminder. That if a patient clicks on the link it would notify the office (via email etc) that the patient would like a call back to schedule an appointment.

I am a little surprised that isn't already an option. Considering the emails Weave already sends on my behalf already have it. I just cannot get it to do the same on an email of my own design.

Also, PLEASE allow more customizability on these emails. For frame of reference, I came from another service that allowed for a good deal of customizability, not just a set location for a photo of a certain size, and then text here, and another photo here. This standard layout is so static and rigid compared any other experience I've had. The idea is to create fun and engaging emails but that is incredibly hard when you're locked into the same template with no freedom to move things around. We love having Weave in our office and the phone system is great, but this is one area that is seriously lacking!
