Quick Glance for Sent Appointment reminders
Previously on Weave you could look at the schedule for the next day and see who was notified via text (they had a message bubble next to there name), if you needed to call because they had a landline (had no message bubble), or they opted out of text messaging(had an X in the message bubble). I think that was a great tool that was helpful for us to get those alternative notification out to those patients if needed.
Now all patients have the bubble next to their names even if they have landlines. So we don't actually know if they are receiving text messages unless we look at each patient manually.
Please go back to the old way! It was way more efficient.
