  1. a way to transcribe messages and be able to put them in a pts chart

    would love an application on the weave app that transcribes the messages and makes it easy for us to copy and paste them into pts charts.

  2. Scheduling send time for outbound text messages

    It would be nice to be able to schedule text messages to be sent at a specific time for appointment reminders. Our veterinary clinic is closed on Sundays but very busy on Mondays. We've traditionally sent text messages the day before appointments (we also send emails 3 days prior) but now will have to send them earlier than normal. I don't believe this will have a major impact on appointment compliance but it would be nice to have the feature. Thanks!

  3. The Latest Update Ruined our Workflow

    The latest update no longer allows us to see all patients linked to the account when we receive a text message. This function was useful because it allowed us to also see if they had a balance due, needed an appointment scheduled, or if they already had an upcoming appointment whiteout having to back out of the messages. I'm not sure why this change was made or how linking us to "custom contact" instead is useful but we would appreciate it if it could be changed back as this was a function we used constantly. Thank you.

    Hi Michelle! This was a bug that was fixed earlier this week. Sorry about that! If you update to version 7.35.18 then this should be back to what you're used to seeing.

  4. Fax file size

    it would be great is we were able to send Faxes that are more than 25 MB because when we send medical records which can be anywhere from 10 sheets to 200 sheets of paper and that have to be grouped in one file because they have a notary stamp page with it.

    it would be great if this system worked more in conjunction with WebPT for scheduling appointment reminders.

    this system was suppose make office work easier but it has added a lot of steps compared to what we use to use especially in the faxing area. for example…

  5. Un-captured Invoices Displaying as Paid

    On behalf of Windauer Family Dentistry:
    Can you please fix the bug of un-captured invoices displaying as paid in the Weave Portal? It is a pain in the butt to have to find out when we are balancing that a patient never actually paid. We can't trust whether a transaction captured or not. It makes refunding a mess.

    We have released a series of updates that has resolved this issue - please let us know if you continue to see any problems with uncaptured invoices showing as paid.  Thank you!

  6. Sort tags

    Text message tags should be sortable.

    As we add new tags and determine the best tag groups for our practice, it would be helpful to be able to sort the tags. Currently they are not alphabetical, or sortable, so the list is very disorganized.

    I will have to delete all my tags, and re-instantiate them in order to fix this when the tags aren't being used (on a weekend).

    This turns a minor tweak into a big project unecessarily.

  7. Remove null from forms

    Forms- it says "null" when a patient doesn't fill in a blank on our forms. Can it just stay blank and not say null?

  9. Pt Schedule requests customization

    Regarding online patient requests: It would be great to be able to customize the information that is asked of the patient at the time they are requesting an appointment. Currently they are only asked to enter name and phone number. In our officemate system we cannot create a new pt profile with only that information. We must have at least date of birth in addition to the rest. So what happens is we have a request but we cannot create a profile until we call them for date of birth so therefore we cannot put them in an appointment spot.…

  10. Text-to-Pay Feature Addition

    It would be able awesome to unlock the text to pay feature to allow us to send the link to an alternative number other than the cell phone number on file. To help us to get more payments from parents who forgot their wallets. Most times, if we have to update the number, it takes a while for it to update in the system, so the text-to-pay link does not work.

    I'm happy to announce that we recently released an update that allows you to customize the number that each text to pay message is sent to.

  11. Appts moved, not updated with a text reminder

    We have SoftDent, and the system would update appt times and days when they are just moved to a different time on the same day, and would update and resend a new reminder with the updated date and time. Now, it will only do that if we actually cancel or delete the initial appt and remake it, Please have this looked at, it used to do it before and now its not and it is a hassle and messing up our schedule and sending incorrect appt times.

  12. Files saving as PNG instead of JPEG

    In the past week we have had an issue with downloading pictures from texting. In the past when we downloaded them they saved as jpegs. Now every single time we download them they save as png files, so we have to open them in paint and resave them as jpegs which is time consuming. This seemed to start sometime last week- not sure if it is from an update?

  13. Fax and Actionable List Improvement

    Regarding the fax and weave actionable list, either have it listed from oldest to newest or so that you are not bumped back to the beginning of the list everytime you finishing viewing something if the order stays newest to oldest.

  14. Text window needs to stay open when phone rings

    When we are texting a patient/replying to their message and the phone rings, the message we were writing goes away and the incoming call overrides the text. This is really, really annoying!! We have had patients start calling us because we didn't respond to the text fast enough because the window disappeared and we had to start all over again. The text window needs to remain open and not be effected by incoming calls or messages!!

    In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

    We moved several Reviews settings to Auto-Messaging (Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging) and with this change there are several options available to you now!

    • Flexible send time - send hours or days after the appointment start time at the interval of your choosing
    • Filter review requests based on appointment type, appointment status, practitioner, and more
    • Send a review request via email
    • Add customization to your templates like First Name and Practice Name

  17. Weave Feedback system is terrible

    Here is feedback for your feedback system... Garbage. I have so many suggestions for Forms to help make them better for you but apparently I can't talk to an actual person to give feedback. WE NEED THESE FORMS TO WORK- if they do not, we need to switch companies.

  18. Submit button at the top of forms at the end

    Forms- when the patient gets done filling out forms, there should be a submit button at the top of the page as well as the bottom. A lot of patients are not scrolling to the bottom of the forms to click submit. This is cumbersome for most. Please fix.
