Please, please do this! We have had many patients request this customization.

I absolutely agree with the other comments. It would be very nice to have a way to customize reminders per patient. Even better if this was something they could do themselves!

We need more than an all or nothing option please! Some patients only need the 2 day reminder and feel the one month or one hour reminder is too much. Others love what we have set up. Need to cater to the Patient, not the system. Thank you!

Not all patients want all the reminders we have set up. We would like to beable to customize per patient what reminders they choose from our global set up.

Allow for each patient to have custom text reminders. Some patients enjoy multiple text messages and lots of reminders, but others would only like one message to confirm their appointment. They feel like they are bombarded with too many messages. Custom options for each patient would be great.

Can we find a way to customize each patients preferences with the emails and texts they receive. such as how often they are being contacted or what type of emails they are receiving. ALSO, SOME DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE TEXTS. How can we do that, can it be updated some how? ~ Thank you in advance.

it would be extremely helpful if patients could do Patient preferences themselves and not ask us to do it for them
