Payment Notification
There should be a way to receive a notification when a patient completes a payment online in response to a weave text for payment. We sent text requests for payment occasionally, but we never know whether or not the patient has followed the link and paid unless we go to the weave admin portal and check. Some sort of notification or indication via email or directly in weave would be helpful in making sure that the patient's payment is promptly credited to their account.

Its almost impossible to track all our weave text payments. We are getting patients calling in upset with us because we send a reminder to pay text because we did not get notification when they paid the first time. Please fix asap!!!

Can you please create a pop up like when a text comes in for payments. it would be nice to know when a patient used the link to pay if we would get a pop-up on the desk top showing the payment was made. make a icon so if its done over night it shows like the missed calls and text

When we send a patient a link to pay online through weave, can we receive a notification when a bill has been paid. Also when they make payment, it should show if its partial or paid in full. I had a patient pay half but i didnt notice it was a half payment until i click the paid column because the created column showed paid as if it was paid in full. Hope you can take this into consideration, thank you.

Our email inbox is flooded with every payment made. Our office would like emails for when a Text to pay is completed and not when a regular in store payment is made.

Is there a timeline for when this upgrade will be available? We are not using text to pay until this is a possibility and it was one of the selling points of the platform.

Couldn't agree more with this. We were under the assumption we would get a notification like any voicemail, text, etc. when a payment was received from a person not in the office. It is not a good workflow to have to comb through and compare payments in our patient software for which were received in the office and already entered and which need to be entered.

We need notification sent of payments made via text or online. These payments are easy to overlook and not get recorded to their current balance. There needs to be a better way of notifying the accountant of new payments via text/online. Thank you!

Please create a notification for when patients pay by "Text to Pay" it is extremely difficult to reconcile our accounts when the payments go by invoice date instead of date paid. We are also missing recording these payments because some are so far back and sometimes patients dont pay for a month.

Is there a way to implement a notification pop-up like when we get text or calls, but for completed text to pay transactions? Something where the customer completes their payment, then we get a pop-up? Thanks!

Creating an alert icon/red circle on the desktop app in the payments section. When a patient pays via text, an alert should pop up so that the office knows of the new payment and can address it in real time. This icon would mimic the same type of icons that the messages/faxes/etc. sections have on the desktop app.

Can payment notifications be sent to the biller accounts application instead of an email? At this time, there is no way for us to check if a text to pay has been submitted unless we continually check the email. It would be helpful if a notification/update occurs through the app so that the biller can see the payment was made so that it can be updated in CrystalPM.

It would be most helpful if there was a notification red number that appeared on the portal to let you know that you have received a payment. Just as there is when you receive a message or fax. THANKS

It would be nice to have a Pop-Up for when a patient makes a payment after a secure link has been sent. Since it is not reflected on the account unless manually entered. If we received this pop-up we would be notified of any payments and can apply to account immediately.
