Allow managers/owners access to team chat
I think the weave app should have a feature that allows office managers/owners to view the team chat of any employee. While we love weave and initially loved the idea of the team chat as we thought it could help employees communicate business matters, we have run into some problems where the chatting feature is being misused by staff which goes against our office computer policies. Currently, there is no way to prove misuse. I think it would be great if owners/managers/admins had this capability. It is something we've already reached out to Weave to see if it could be done and have unfortunately been told that it cannot. Please update this and make this an option. Thanks!

It would be great if admins could have a report of all team chat messages sent/received by all team members. Just for liability and policy purposes so employees aren't collecting screenshots to send to management/owners.
As a Practice Leader of a large dental office I feel that it would be beneficial to have the option to limit internal conversations to a single staff group conversation instead of individual conversations. This could help monitor/limit staff from having side conversations that are unrelated to work matters.
