Save the date reminder
PLEASE - we need a SAVE THE DATE option for patients to get a text so that they can add it to their calendar as soon as an appointment is made. This feature is AWESOME !

I love the save the date feature! I wish I could had the ability to attach a form that automatically goes to specific appt type, such as a consult appt for new patients. That would allow the patients to receive the forms as soon as possible after making the appt. If this is considered, I would also recommend adding the "family" appt on save the date as well.

It would be nice to have a text sent immediately to the patient when they schedule a new appointment that they could put right into their calendar.

1 hour after patient leaves, sending an automatic future scheduled appointment reminders. This would help let pt know that we have held an appt for them 3,4,6 month in advance as well as help with patient that claim they did know they had an appt 6 months ago.

I would like emails to be sent to patients about an hour after an appointment is made, as a confirmation that their date and time is reserved.

I have patients asking for a text reminder after appointment is scheduled but also asking me to suggest that Weave add a link that will save the appointment into their calendars for them. It would be great if patients could click a link to add to calendar.

We would like to have the option of making appt reminders without the "CONFIRM" button. For instance, a Save The Date reminder.

Once appt is made, would be nice to get a reminder sent for that appt. So families can get that in their calendars. Thanks.

Please make a text that sends the day an appointment was made. Maybe something like "Thank you for scheduling an appointment today for the 4th of July. We Love you"

Patients request a text/email of the appointment created 30-45 minutes AFTER the appointment is made to add to calendar or as notification NOT as a confirmation. Thank you.
