Missed Call Analytics only for open business hours
Please make call analytics customizable so it does not track missed calls that happen when the office is closed.

This would be very nice. Unsure as to why it tracks in the first place. Also wish abandoned calls didn't count against us.

Yes! Please do this, we just set up our closed hours to route straight to voicemail and the next morning my receptionist was asking me why Weave said we had 52 missed calls. The fact that it counts calls routed to voicemail during closed hours as missed also really messes with our analytics and has greatly reduced our answered percentage rate which our receptionist has been proud that she was keeping in the upper 80s.

We really need this! Right now we have to manually do the math by subtracting the calls that came in before or after business hours, and dividing that by the total # of incoming calls. A filter on these analytics would save us a lot of time, and be MUCH more accurate for your customers to analyze missed calls.
