text allowing for notification of 2 separate appointments on the same day.
On the reminder texts that go out. We need a template for a single patient to be notified of two separate appointments in the same day in one text. e.g. John Smith has an appointment at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm on June 11th. Thank you!

Patients who schedule 2 appointments for the same day. It would be nice to be able to send them only one text for the earlier appt time. Right now they get 2 and it's confusing to the patients. If they have an appt at 9 for a cleaning on the hyg schedule and then 10 on the doctors schedule for fillings they get 2 messages and always call confused. I would like to see the option to be able to only notify them of the 9 am appointment.

We have had an issue several times with a family having different appt times on the same day but getting one start time in the reminder text. Today we had 2 brothers scheduled at 2 different times but the reminder text only stated one time so both showed up and mom was upset they were actually scheduled at different times on the same day.
