10 days off and don't want to come in b4 the fun ends
Hi, satisfied Weave customer here!
My office closes one full week in the end of September every year due to the local fair event. Mr. Grant Webster(from Weave customer service) and I were trying to figure out the way to make the appointment reminder text to go out for the Monday(10/4/21) from 10 days prior (9/24/21, Friday) to we are off (9/25/21-10/3/21).
I know there is a way to send out the appointment confirmation text prior to the holidays or less than a week of an office closure. But, it will be nice to have an option to send out the appointment reminder text more than 7 days prior, like 10 days. We are a busy office (feeling blessed) and paying well deserved cost monthly for Weave. Can we come up with something?!
