Multiple Improvements
We're new users with several ideas.
1. We switched from Lighthouse and they had an option that was very helpful for filling opening/recently cancelled hygiene appts. After we broke an appt, LH would scan appointed hygiene patients and continuing care and generate a list of patients to contact with a mass text to see if they wanted to schedule for the opening. This was a great feature.
2. Also in Lighthouse, patients could be marked as Spanish speaking in their family file (we have Dentrix and it was designated as a medical condition). Lighthouse would pick this up and all communications would be in Spanish. Much better than the manual set up in Weave.
3. Message templates - Lighthouse allowed us to create and name as many message templates as we wanted/needed to. (COMPLETED)
4. Dentrixpay would allow us to void payments. Weave allows refunds only. Voids are much cleaner for cleaning up errors immediately and there's no merchant fee.
5. An online payment portal would be nice to have. This is last on our list though. (This item is on the payments team's roadmap already and is already well documented within user voice).
6. Task management is a big miss in every option I'm aware of. Team chat is great. But, there is no way in Dentrix or Weave to effectively track tasks. A simple task management system with assignments, due dates, ability to change those dates and mark complete and set simple categories would be a fantastic transformational option.
