Ability to add new patient from both message phone number or caller phone number.
Ability to add contact number to patient list when a new phone number contacts us (from message or call list).

Had a IT partner mention that he would love to see this feature released as it would help Core users to quickly add a new contact into Weave from the text messages part of platform. For example when the missed call text gets sent and then the new patient starts interacting with us through text it would be awesome for them to click a button on the text messages and be able to add a new weave user without having to write the number down go into patients tab to add a new user.

Allow us to name our text threads. Example: texting weave employee's. I can't give a name and over time may not know who it is b/c I can't have a name to it.

I see this option is available on the mobile app but not on the desktop app. We would love to be able to add contact name to a new number for a new patient.

It would be great to be able to add contacts from incoming text messages. Right now when an unknown number texts, we cannot copy the number, so in order to save it, we have to write it down, go back to the home page, go to contacts, add new contact, and type the number.

We had this through our previous app provider and it was really nice to be able to quick add! Would make things a million times easier on our front desk if they could just add the new patient to the database this way! Highly agree :D

Create patient profile directly from message. I received a text from a new patient and called them back. I wanted to essentially take a short cut and just add their name to phone number that came across, but I was advised by live chat that it wasn't an option. I would need to go back and add a new patient profile.

Need non-clunky ability to add patient contact information of patients who texted us but are not yet in our contact database nor have been uploaded by .csv file yet. ZipWhip is much better in this area in my experience and opinion. I want to be able to right click on a new incoming text # from Messages and then save the contact information. What Weave seems to be asking me to do is write down that #, or memorize it, or take a screen shot, then open up the Patients tab and then enter the information in there. Correct? That seems clunky.

In "recent calls" within Weave, I would like to be able to click once and add the recent contact as a patient, the same way I could do when I was using Ring Central. It is a very simple feature but a huge time saver. The way Weave does it now I have to screenshot a recent call, then hand key all the info into a different screen to create a contact.

It would be nice if you could create a contact from a current text message. The three dots to the right of the name if that could have a drop down to create new contact. That would totally make our job easier and we would already have their correct number from their message. ;)
