Call Analytics Available to Administrative Users Only
Call volume analytics are available to all users, not just for those with administration rights. That poses a problem between team members when they can see each other's productivity. Leaders need to be able to view and dig in so they can coach but it should not be available to every staff person.

I would like to have the ability to limit permissions of certain features, in particular, the phone analytics'. My admin team is wasting time looking at who is or is not answering phones when they have no idea what other tasks people have been assigned to. The analytics is a management tool and is currently creating a toxic environment with the admin team working at multiple locations.
