See reviews sent/reviews done
A way to know who we have sent reviews too and then to know if a patient has left us a review. Makes it hard to verify who we have sent reviews too already.

Create a setting in the weave portal:
Auto Messaging>Review Requests> Edit>Apply Filters> Do not send to patients who have written a review

It would be nice to exclude sending review requests to patients who have already left us a review. That way they are not receiving redundant review requests each year.

Yes! Being able to track who/when we sent reviews to is super helpful so we are not being obnoxious and sending it to patients repeatedly.

Our office would love for you to add a google review notification stating we have already sent a google review to a certain patient in the past. Currently we don't have any way of knowing if we have sent a pt a review besides looking back through the text thread. Also if you like this idea could you put a time frame estimation on this add on feature for me? thanks!

Is there a way Weave can track reviews better? For example, it would be helpful if Weave prompts you if you have already sent that person a review request. The way it is set up now it sends the review request and the only way to see if that request has already been sent is by opening the text chain and scrolling through which is very time consuming. Thanks!

Please have a way to pull a list of all patients who we have manually sent a review request to.
