Make CSV contacts editable/deletable
Offices would love to be able to edit CSV contacts in weave instead of keeping a running record using a CSV file. This adds a ton of more work for the offices and it can cause errors in the long run as patients/clients get new phone numbers or change any other information. This has been a headache for many offices. If Weave is able to emulate or show that information, it should be able to make it editable. Comment from office, "Weave has been so modern and usable thus far, so it is crazy that it is missing something so fundamental." We can see that this is a need for multiple offices using our system.

New to your product, on-boarding has not ported my numbers so take this feedback as i am a novice. Finding out I can't edit patient info seems very limiting. They are telling me because my field is not covered I have to work by uploading a csv file daily. Not sure I want to have to do manual updates daily. that feels like a step back not a step forward. As a solution could Weave create a simple database for any customer that you dont fully supoport so we could edit each patient instead of daily csv updates? mybe add a simple calander feature so shceduling could be offered. My field is Audiology and Intergration with CounselEAR would be appreciated. If I have to do my own csv imports and I have to do data management to even make the imports work. I dont think this makes any value sense to a business like mine. If you are spending double to triple on your phone service it should be easier not harder to do business

Editing and uploading a CSV file at a busy practice is very time consuming. It would be helpful to have the option to quickly edit client's files on the mobile app especially when mobile numbers change often and reviews cannot be sent otherwise.

It would be nice to have the ability to change existing clients in the contact list that have been uploaded from the CSV file.

I upload contacts via CSV because the salesperson at Weave didn't tell us that our patient software doesn't integrate. So, now I cannot edit patient information in Weave without uploading a new CSV file. PLEASE FIX THIS!

When we first started using the Weave system, we had our then current patient list with names, DOB, and phone numbers put into a csv file and then uploaded into the system. Since then, when we have new patients, we have been entering them manually. I noticed that with the patients entered manually we can update/edit info like phone numbers and email addresses but we can't with the "original" patients. It would be nice to be able to edit/update these patient profiles as well. Our original csv file did not include email addresses but now we would like to add this functionality. Our patient population changes phone numbers and emails frequently and it is cumbersome to have to create a new csv file everytime we want to update something. It would be nice to be able to edit on the fly. As it stands now, a new (duplicate) patient has to be made and then there is no way to delete the old data without having to go into the csv file and deleting them and then uploading the entire file again. Am I missing something or is there a simpler work around?

Since customers who have been entered via the CSV file downloads cannot be edited (add/change a phone number), it would be great if either the "edit" pencil button were greyed out on those on the desktop app, or maybe if the fields could be greyed out, to show that we cannot manually make changes.

First of all, it was way to difficult to get to this feedback forum. It took 3 attempts to finally get through. All I'd like to do is be able to delete a client without having to remove and upload a whole new csv. There should be a button to click to remove or edit from the main screens.

With regard to Contacts that have been uploaded using a CSV.file, one is unable to edit /update or delete the contact. It would be useful if one was able to update information or deleting contact without having to upload the CVS file again.

It would be easier to manage contacts if we were able to edit them individually within the desktop application instead of being required to re-upload a CSV file with changes.

I would like to have an option to edit an existing contact's info within the app. We find that clients frequently change phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Currently, it seems a little cumbersome to upload our entire contacts each time there is a change that needs updated.

I would like to submit an idea to be able to have Administrator go into the Weave Application on the desktop and edit/remove patients. We have a few patients with Home phone number that need to be updated to cell phone numbers. This leads to the practice coordinators having to create a new name/contact for the patients and labeling them as *new*. I believe we would have to re-upload the entire list to edit one patient`s information. We do this from time to time anyways but it would be nice to have the ability to do this within the application or the admin portal. Thank you!!

I would love to be able to edit contacts that have been uploaded via our .csv file. Or, if the program integrated better with our PM software (eVetPractice) like I was told it would when I signed up for the program.

We need a way to change a customer phone number without uploading a whole new CSV! That's a terrible system! An admin should be able to change it. Right now we're needing to have a duplicate customer but there's no way to delete the previous so they both come up!
And honestly there should be a way to have more than one mobile number (for say both of the spouses)

Please allow the patients to be edited. Sometimes, we need to change the phone number or add an additional one and in order to do this, we have to create a new patient with all the same credentials except for the new number.

We need to be able to edit individual patients contact information and not have to upload a new CSV file every time a patient gets a new phone number. Some patients do this regularly and this is not at all user friendly.

We need to be able to manually edit all the patients that are imported using a CSV file.

I can not delete or edit individual patient information in your software. For instance, the patients phone number is incorrect, plus her information is duplicated. I cant fix it. Super annoying.
