Choose whose name is shown on a notifications/calls/texts depending on patient status

"That brings up another question. We have patients, especially kids and old people that use the cell number of their child/kid. We have had it happen that the parent dies or the kid moves away and then when the cell owner (who is still an active patient) calls us, their dead mother's name comes up even though they are inactive. Example mother and daughter. Mother is inactive and whenever daughter calls the name that pops up is the mother's name who is deceased I have just erased the number from the mother but I'm wondering if there's a better way..."
She went on to describe the optimal solution as a way for her to define, in Weave, a criteria for showing the name of any person they're communicating with. She said it would depend on their patient status as well as other information from Dentrix, like if they're the HoH or not.
