We are new to your Weave forms, having switched from mConsent. In mConsent, we were able to identify a patient by their patient number, not just their personal info. Some patients may be on different accounts if they are the policy holder of insurance but want different accounts because of a marriage situation or a child that is under 26, but still on their insurance and want their kid to be responsible for the remainder of the bill. We need to be able to differentiate them so we can have them fill out the form. Right now if we pull it up in the kiosk, it will not find them. Please incorporate some way of being able to identify by patient number. Thanks
