How can we improve the Weave desktop app?

Wider Scroll Bar in Weave Desktop

Is there any way to make the scroll bar in the Weave Desktop Client a bit wider? Almost all of our users find it quite challenging to find the "sweet spot" on the bar where you can scroll up and down the page.

    IT takes to long to try and catch the bar and there is no arrow to scroll
