Office would like if it was possible to access a clients information (their number etc.) in text messages as well as in phone as well as in the patient icon. As of this moment if I look a client up for the most recent communication via text I can’t call them directly by just touching their contact information. I didn’t have to go search them again under patients or phone which is very unusual for this kind of software. If you have an iPhone you can imagine the process by which you can access someone’s contact information from any of those areas easily - call from texting, or text from calling and see most recent.
