Text to Pay Balance

* This office was surprised to learn that when creating a text to pay request, it will not pull in the balance on the patients account automatically, or even as an option. (Instead, you have to go into the patient profile overview to initiate a request if they have a balance on their account.) If possible they would love to see the option once the patient is selected to enter a manual amount, or to select the amount on file.
