Having a scanner or fax that goes right to the app
When having to send a fax it is a pain to scan the documents into the computer then attach them to the fax... it would be amazing if there was a scanner or fax that went directly into the documents for the fax being sent!

The most obvious bottle neck for our office is faxing. The current desktop procedure is: Scan documents in scanning program--> Save Documents in correct format in standard location--> upload saved documents to weave portal--> create and send fax.
while this is simple enough for tech oriented people, not all of my workers are confident in this procedure, and it's certainly not easier than the previous method of put paper in fax machine--> type in number.
If the Weave app had a built in scanning function, it would remove several steps to sending faxes and simplify our workflow.
The practice management software we're using already takes advantage of DynamSoft for scanning documents into EHR, and I don't see why a similar service could not be used in the weave web app as well.
So, Can we get a baked in scanning service for generating faxes in one step?

When we go to fax, it would be a great feature to also give the option to scan directly to the fax instead of having to scan a document, save it, then go locate it and attach it.
