I think there should be a way to enter in a number to text to if it isn't on their account, or be able to choose other options from their account like an email.
For example I have a patient who doesn't want his cell phone in the cell phone field because he doesn't like notifications so we put it in his work phone field. But when he called in a wanted the link texted I had to enter it in that field and then wait for it to refresh into weave and then remember to remove it after I sent the link. It would have saved time and would be easier if I could have just picked the work phone field or his email to send the link.
Another example would be if I have a young adult (college students etc) patient who doesn't have their parent on the account but that parent wants to help take care of the bill...it would be helpful to be able to just enter in a phone number to send that link to.
I hope this makes sense but it would save a lot of time and be very helpful. I noticed the new feature that is similar in the texting area where it gives you the option to choose, now we just need to put that in the payment area.

I also want to add that it would be nice if on the widget a little number appeared when a payment is made until we acknowledge it. Thank you
