Auto-Reminders Email Form Attachment
In the auto-reminders, if we attach forms (Med HX, Covid screening, etc.) it is placed at the very very bottom of the email sent... Which makes it hard for our patients to know that they need this form done. Most patients do not scroll all the way down, but, up until they see the date and time of their appointment in the reminder. I wanted to see if it was possible to move the link/ button for the forms at the very top, whereas the date and time of appointment would be right after.
Hi Kayla, Thanks for your feedback. We'll look into this. Just to confirm: are you referring to this message (see attached image)?
Thanks,
KJ

Hi! It is *Kyla. & No actually, not for the confirmation but for the forms attached. There is an option to add a form to the automated email itself. Like a medical history update, or a wellness screening. Patients will press the hyperlink and/or WEAVE LINK provided, and it will redirect them to the Weave form to fill out. Then they are able to fill out whatever form was attached/ assigned to the email. Patients have recently been complaining saying once they press the link/ button, it redirects them to a blank page which says "Safari can't open the page because it couldn't establish a secure connection to the server." Please give us an update if possible.
