I spoke to an office who uses Solution Reach and the biggest hang up on not moving forward with Weave is that we don't have a solution in place that they currently use for for Reminders/Confirmations. They have a feature now where if a reminder text is not able to go out because it's a landline, they will automate a phone call that begins with a recording from the office stating they are calling to remind them of their appt, then an automated message plays the appt date/time, and the patient can press a specific # to confirm or another # to request a call to reschedule.
