Have a way to set where in the schedule Weave looks for appointments.
In my office, we tend to keep the appointment booking on the schedule because there are notes on the appointment that we would like to keep. Originally, we would simply move the appointment listing beyond our office hours into what would be a "Closed" time, and our previous messaging system wouldn't send reminders for it. If I were to put it as cancelled in my system, my EHR would delete the appointment and any notes with it.
Now it seems with Weave, it's sending reminders for appointments after my closing time. I'm fairly certain I did set my office hours properly, and I'm not sure why you would send reminders for appointments that are during an office's closed time. If that is not directly fixable, perhaps if there is a way to implement a time as an advanced filter. Something like "Don't send to appointments before/beyond THIS time." I'd greatly appreciate it, and I hope none of my patients will show up when the office is closed! I'd never hear the end of it!
